Lewis is an accredited Advanced Clinical Practitioner with Health Education England and a Chartered Physiotherapist, specialising in musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, and injection therapy in Barnsley and Knottingley.

​

He holds First Class Honours degrees in Sport Rehabilitation (University of Hull) and Physiotherapy (Sheffield Hallam University), and has been a registered Chartered Physiotherapist for over 10+ years. Lewis also achieved a Distinction in his MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022.

 

Lewis is a registered non-medical prescriber and injection therapist, allowing him to safely assess, diagnose, prescribe, and deliver joint and soft tissue injections as part of evidence-based musculoskeletal care.

Lewis also currently works within a GP surgery in Sheffield as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, managing complex musculoskeletal conditions in primary care. He is also a clinical supervisor for the First Contact Physiotherapy team and a published academic researcher.
