Here at the injection clinic we offer a specialist point of care ultrasound scan. Ultrasound is a technique which uses sounds waves to generate images onto a screen. It can be useful when assessing the knee or shoulder to visualise structures and help diagnose conditions such as:

- Tendinitis / Tendinopathy
- Fat pad inflammation / Bursitis
- Osteoarthritis of the knee
- Osteoarthritis of the shoulder
- Part of the meniscus / femoral cartilage
- Bakers cyst
- Ligament injuries
